Wrong redirect[edit]

There is a hatnote "Telegram" redirects here. For other uses, see Telegram (disambiguation). at the top of Telegraphy#Telegram services. I see a case for the outmoded paper message no longer being the primary topic and for the disambiguation page to move to the base name "Telegram", but it is probably not clear enough to do boldly and would require consensus.
