Wrong category[edit]

When user experience software gets categorized as Customer Experience Management software, it conflates the two and confuses the market. Tealeaf is a web experience / user experience tool. It doesn't do CEM (collect and categorize / make actionable customer qualitative and quantitative feedback like Qualtrics, Medallia, MaritzCX, inMoment, etc.). It records user experience but captures no sentiment. I respectfully request to change the first sentence to something more focused on UX. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Ryandsmith (talkcontribs) 17:22, 14 February 2018 (UTC)[reply]

Misplaced AfD !vote[edit]

Update July 1, 2010: I vote leave it. No harm done. I used this reference to find out what Tealeaf was in the first place and then used the links below to find out more about the product due to we are trying to hire a resource and develop a resume. No harm no foul. Bem9127 (talk) 12:33, 1 July 2010 (UTC)[reply]

!votes in the AfD discussion should be made at Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Tealeaf. -- JHunterJ (talk) 12:37, 1 July 2010 (UTC)[reply]
