Coordinates[edit]

Can someone add coordinates of where the Tea House was located? --Rosiestep (talk) 16:36, 18 November 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Celebrity homeowners[edit]

Come ON, is this a gossip rag? As if the list of affected celebrities isn't silly (not to mention un-encyclopedic) enough, the article goes on to list others who live in the area but weren't affected. This is an encyclopedia, not a Chamber of Commerce press release. --Piledhigheranddeeper (talk) 22:38, 19 November 2008 (UTC)[reply]

I agree in part, and disagree in part, with the comment. The list of unaffected celebrities is not useful. The reference to Christopher Lloyd's home being lost is pertinent, but I think given too much prominence in the overall article. I think the quotes from Schwarzenegger and Lowe are good first-hand accounts of the fire and its impact. Not so sure about the value of the Oprah quote. I'll tinker with the article a bit. A distinct improvement!--Piledhigheranddeeper (talk) 15:10, 21 November 2008 (UTC)[reply]
