– No clear primary topic for the capitalized term per WP:DIFFCAPS, the 1976 film has 70,380 views but the South Korean TV series has 25,385, A Taxi Driver has 11,000, the 1954 film has 1,130, the 1978 film has 495, the 1977 film has 188, the Rkomi album has 151, the song has 120, the Dynamic Duo album has 89 and the Israeli TV series has 15[[1]]. Taxi only has 6,250[[2]] but may have more long term significance. I retargeted Taxi driver to the DAB of which 33 links were for the generic concept and perhaps that could go to Taxi but many readers may not capitalize in search so the DAB may be best especially if the 1976 film stays primary for the upper case. Oppose. The page views make this the primary topic, even if you count the South Korean movie with a unique title. Also, the movie is pretty important as opposed to basically everything else listed (while page views are a factor in determining a primary topic, we don’t blindly follow them). And, for the nth time, these discussions should be taking place at the talk page of the article you intend to displace, not an obscure DAB page. Calidum 09:25, 13 March 2022 (UTC)[reply]
For what it's worth, WP:RMPM says, "A single template may be used to request multiple related moves. On one of the talk pages of the affected articles, create a request and format it as below." RM deals with pages other than articles with the exception of categories. I we've already discussed the location before, as noted before this RM is a proposal to move the DAB to the base name and the 1976 film as a result so the DAB is most appropriate. Were this a RM to debate moving the DAB and the best title of the film it would be different like Talk:Isle of Mull#Requested move 27 May 2019 where the debate was both primary topic and best name for the island article. Oppose for now because while the South Korean TV series is a good contender in terms of pageviews to warrant these moves, I think that topic is too recent to make a long-term change. It is too soon to know if the pageviews for the TV series will persist. No objection to having a hatnote at the 1976 film's article that links to the TV series.
