As mentioned in wiki(http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Telugu_Wikipedia), Telugu is the second among the Indian language based on article count but while going through Tamil wiki(http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Tamil_Wikipedia), mentioned "Tamil is the second largest Wikipedia among Indian languages by article count".
