Just wanted to note that whoever introduced the infringing content did so from a computer within the same domain as the web page that was infringed.
The web page is at www.ri.cmu.edu . The infringing content was submitted by CERCIS.VASC.RI.CMU.EDU. While this does not automatically resolve the question of copyright infringement, it does offer some hope that it can be resolved satisfactorily.
