I'm fine with merging this somewhere, but redirecting to a page that does not even mention it is just confusing for readers. They will wonder why they have ended up there. Is it a synonym or what? they will ask. In the absence of a source saying it is part of Dibba Al-Fujairah we should not so redirect. The closest named settlement on the map is Al Fiqait, and Dhadna is about the same distance as the putative redirect. It is far from clear where this fits in the administrative heirarchy.
