Advertising brochure[edit]

User:Continentaleurope why in the world do you want to use an advertising brochure as a source as you did here? And why would you edit war to keep it? Please bring this source to RSN if you feel so strongly; i very much doubt the community will endorse it but hey i could be wrong. Jytdog (talk) 01:19, 29 November 2016 (UTC)[reply]

User:Jytdog We agree the article is very bad and no source in it is good. If you study the source, I used, attentively it clearly outlines the meaning of the subject. The source I gave is not the perfect one but at the lack of any better it should be used. Also I have no idea of edit wars but you started by removing my improvement without providing a better source or trying to improve the article. I believe the way you engage with other users is scary. Try to be nice with everyone and do not scare contributors. I will avoid articles which you seem to be very protective about them in order not to be involved in an "edit war with you". I do not understand necessarily all the reasons you mentioned for the removal such as some wiki policies but seriously your attack or threats will not lead to any better. You can also see my edit history and see that I do not promote any adverts and contribute to a variety of subjects. You made it clear that the community will not endorse me as you have a sort of people who will use similar arguments, yet I never meant to make "your" article worst than it is. You could have easily messaged me without any abusive powers and introduce me to better editing.
Do not take this as an offence but there are better ways to approach editors and please consider me as doing things in good faith. Also if you need any help in improving an article please tag me. I can be of help to you instead of a "threat". Some articles really need improvement and I am sure you meant no harm and have made several good contributions.Continentaleurope (talk) 01:38, 29 November 2016 (UTC)[reply]
I agree it is not reliable. Given it's promotional nature, removal looks like the correct response. --Ronz (talk) 16:56, 29 November 2016 (UTC)[reply]

There might be something in here that we can use as a source or to find better sources. --Ronz (talk) 17:00, 29 November 2016 (UTC)[reply]

Some of these links are dead. --BoogaLouie (talk) 20:32, 14 March 2017 (UTC)[reply]
