Delete instead[edit]

I think this article should be deleted instead of merged. It contains several problems:

They are called "advisory speeds", not "suggested speed limits".
They are not a "law" per se. "Law" in common parlance implies a statutory restriction or something similar.
Original research and weasel words. E.g., "much disputed".
It is not true that advisory speed limits only exist in the United States (and as such should not be merged into the Speed Limits in the United States article).
"Immediate decelration" is also known as "panic braking" and is not what the signs recommend.

I will flag this article for deletion soon unless I hear differing opinions.
