Baptism/Baptismal tank[edit]
User:Tony Holkham I prefer Baptism tank, but most editors use Baptismal tank, which may well be correct. What do you think?SovalValtos (talk) 08:45, 17 September 2016 (UTC)
- I don't think either is incorrect, but I would normally use the word "pool". The word "tank" suggests something made for the purpose, whereas before they became commonplace Baptism by full immersion was often effected in a pool in a river.
