Pulpit[edit]

This article has from its inception said that the pulpit is a five-decker. I have never heard of a pulpit with five levels; the most is three. Our article Pulpit says that St. Andrew's, Slaidburn has a three-deck pulpit. The church's own website says that it has a three-level pulpit. Although I have never been to Lancashire, I have changed the article to agree with the church's website. I suspect the original statement is an error caused by the several occurrences of the number five in the church's architecture. J S Ayer (talk) 01:19, 22 October 2015 (UTC)[reply]
