Why is this nominated for deletion?[edit]

I am unsure why this article has been nominated for deletion. As it is an educational institute distinct from the University of Saskatchewan, with which it is federated, it deserves its own article. The article also contains information that would not be appropriate on the University of Saskatchewan article, so merging it would also not make sense.
