Untitled[edit]

Time to renominate it rather than let it suffer the fate it's evidently headed toward of being vandalized into hoaxdom. 216.179.3.19 (talk) 02:06, 2 June 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Contradiction[edit]

This article similar to: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Speedball_%28American%29 . Both articles have same creator in the History section but different game rules.

I played this is the late 60's early 70's in either England or Scotland. I don't think it was in school so I suspect it was in the Boy Scouts. CambridgeBayWeather (talk) 12:26, 5 November 2005 (UTC)[reply]

Goalkeeper[edit]

This article is somewhat bogus[edit]

There was an article about this sport in the 1966 World Book Encyclopedia. Perhaps the indoor version largely described here was invented by this person in the 1970s but not the sport as a whole, not even close. 75.252.237.23 (talk) 21:16, 24 October 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Resemblance to Footie[edit]

When I first saw Australian Rules Football (footie) on ESPN a million years ago, the first thing I thought was "Speedball with contact."2602:306:33A6:14E0:EC3E:E5D7:782F:E280 (talk) 04:58, 26 September 2017 (UTC)Will in New Haven2602:306:33A6:14E0:EC3E:E5D7:782F:E280 (talk) 04:58, 26 September 2017 (UTC)[reply]
