Since South Sudan's independence, relations between South Sudan and Sudan have been poor and frantic.[edit]

I know what this sentence means, but it makes no sense. It implies there were relations prior to independence, which isn't possible since South Sudan was not a country. --2001:16B8:3159:C100:78A7:CB90:D201:BBB3 (talk) 01:52, 30 August 2018 (UTC)[reply]
