No, not ok. You need to actually look around for the thing's COMMON ENGLISH NAME, not just dump a ridiculous amount of untranslated and unexplained Chinese citations into a machine-translated stub. "New China" isn't a thing in English. At the very least, redirects were in order from the thing's more common names. —

To Songjiang Square Pagoda, since that seems to be the thing's most common English name per cursory Google Books searching.
