Source for the countdown ranking[edit]

I am quite certain Solid Gold did NOT use Radio & Records for its countdown. It was way off from anything that I ever saw Radio & Records or Billboard put out.

Appearance on German television[edit]

The show was also aired on German television. On 1 January 1984, on the first day of broadcasting of the first private television in Germany. Sat.1#Sendergeschichte[de] This station broadcasted the show until 1985.
