Stop it[edit]

Stop trying to delete, is real SuperChasey (talk) 16:59, 5 December 2021 (UTC)[reply]

Nobody doubts that it is real – the question is if this article is notable, which is a very different thing. Please read WP:NSONG about what makes a song notable... at the moment this article has no sources other than "it exists", which is not enough. Richard3120 (talk) 21:33, 5 December 2021 (UTC)[reply]

Ok, I was wrong, that's what makes a song notable 😔 SuperChasey (talk) 23:48, 5 December 2021 (UTC)[reply]

I was wrong[edit]

This article is notable 😔 SuperChasey (talk) 23:35, 6 December 2021 (UTC)[reply]

But you need to prove it – all you've done is link to Genius, which proves it has words, and to YouTube, which proves it has a video. Neither of those things make it notable, they only show the song exists – you need evidence to show that someone apart from Skye Sweetnam and her record company has noticed this song. How to[edit]

How to do that SuperChasey (talk) 22:07, 7 December 2021 (UTC)[reply]

As I said, look at WP:NSONG and try and meet at least one of the criteria listed there. Normally you find reviews of the song in reliable sources, such as newspapers or music magazines... they can be online music magazines, but not blogs run by one person. Or you show that it has charted somewhere (which it hasn't). If you can't meet any of these criteria, it's a good indication that the song is not notable.
