Fall of Novi Zrin[edit]

The fort fell (garrison fled) on JUNE 30. July 1 to 3 there were heavy rains and so the Ottomans did not move in After rains ended, they entered. The fort was razed on July 7

The "Aggressors" did not rush in and "penetrate" on July 7. The Ottomans used black powder charges to demolish fortifications. They set fire to the wooden palanka.
