@Kintetsubuffalo: Yes, the CCTV grab of the killers on the bike was all over the news, it is quite common though illegal. The sources say the same.

So the main places where this happens is where there is little police presence. In places like New Delhi and big cities it is a really bad idea to do "tripling"... especially in places like central Delhi where police presence is heavy, messing with police in Delhi isn't a good idea one bit and they will stop you. But in the outskirts and smaller places it is common. What also happens is that if there is a police check post, one rider gets off, walks past the policemen and then gets back on the bike a little further down the road. Or otherwise another route is taken. It is quite funny in most cases... until someone gets hurt. DiplomatTesterMan (talk) 04:25, 19 June 2018 (UTC)[reply]
