The term "power center" does not exist in American English, so it should not be used in an article about an American shopping center. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 209.190.166.162 (talk) 17:51, 24 March 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Really? You don't use that term in the US? -- Zanimum (talk) 19:14, 2 March 2012 (UTC)[reply]
It's not a term I've ever heard either. If you told me you were going to the "power center," I'd assume you meant power plant or something. --BDD (talk) 22:52, 15 February 2013 (UTC)[reply]
Power center is a term that is used in the United States. It is a industry term used by developers to describe a strip mall made up mainly of big box stores instead of smaller stores. --Jeremy (blah blahI did it!) 20:59, 16 February 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Shopper's WorldShoppers World – The property's official website name the property as Shoppers World, completely removing the apostrophe. WikiRedactor (talk) 19:48, 8 February 2013 (UTC)[reply]

One small thing, Shoppers World is an existing dab page. Do you believe this to be the primary meaning of Shoppers World because if not it it would need to be Shoppers World (insert term here) instead? If it is the primary meaning there would be no issue on that front at least.--174.93.160.57 (talk) 21:40, 8 February 2013 (UTC)[reply]
Actually, I didn't think to check into that earlier. I see this as a case of WP:PRIMARYTOPIC, since it was built before the other two and is known as one of the first suburban malls. That said, I would suggest moving the disambiguation page over to Shoppers World (disambiguation) so this page can take the name and each of the three pages by the similar name can refer to the disambiguation; I doubt that would be an issue. Thanks for pointing that out, WikiRedactor (talk) 22:02, 8 February 2013 (UTC)[reply]
This move request is incorrect, and I disagree with the move. The signage on the facility all say "Shoppers's World", the web page may be in error as Developers Diversified Realty doesn't really pay much attention to things. Local advertising also uses the apostrophe. --Jeremy (blah blahI did it!) 22:12, 8 February 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Rename the page to remove the apostrophe[edit]

The apostrophe is not part of the name.[1][2]
