A fact from Shooting of Aderrien Murry appeared on Wikipedia's Main Page in the Did you know column on 15 July 2023 (check views). The text of the entry was as follows:
The following is an archived discussion of the DYK nomination of the article below. Please do not modify this page. Subsequent comments should be made on the appropriate discussion page (such as this nomination's talk page, the article's talk page or Wikipedia talk:Did you know), unless there is consensus to re-open the discussion at this page. No further edits should be made to this page.
I have done some changes to the page but still find my self eligible for doing the review. The page is long and new enough. QPQ is provided by the OP and no copyvios was observed. References are suitable and back the text. Though not an explicit DYK requirement, the page would better be sectioned so the readers can follow the incident in an organized manner. As for the hook, it's hooky enough, being fully supported by multiple reliable sources. Among others, this source fully support the hook wording. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Mhhossein (talk • contribs) 07:44, 18 June 2023 (UTC)[reply]
Starship.paint You're welcome. Yes, but it seems one of the titles is too long. Also, please rephrase the mother's account so that you don't use":". --Mhhosseintalk 19:15, 21 June 2023 (UTC)[reply]
@Mhhossein: - I changed part of it, but I think the remaining parts are best represented with the direct quotes to show the alleged situation of the shooting. starship.paint (exalt) 03:00, 22 June 2023 (UTC)[reply]
Thanks for the change, but it's still not encyclopedic I think. Read my comment once again plz. --Mhhosseintalk 06:56, 24 June 2023 (UTC)[reply]
