I'm looking for the best picture or any informations about the KAF's U-6 (Beaver). It seem that the KAF had 3 aircrafts. Origin of "Sisophon" romanization[edit]

This article claims that "Serei Saophoan is difficult to pronounce, so often the area is written transliterated as 'Sisophon', even on Cambodian signs." I more likely explanation than difficulty of pronunciation is that Sisophon reflects the Thai pronunciation and romanization of this town, in an area that is close to Thailand and historically was long administered by the Thais. Unknown origin of 'Svay'[edit]

In the traditional language of Cambodia (Khmer), 'svay' translates to mango. Hence the origin of Svay as apart of Sisophon's name most likely comes from the large quantity of mangoes available to buy when truck drivers stop in the city at the start-middle of the rainy season (may-ish) — Preceding unsigned comment added by 120.18.196.209 (talk) 23:48, 2 June 2018 (UTC)[reply]
