Appropriateness of name of article[edit]

Hi, Just came on the new page patrol. I'm concerned that this article may need a more explicit name.

Do you envisage that there will be much more content added soon? Otherwise I would recommend it be redirected to a section of a page dealing with wider issues of electronic devices, or radios.

In the UK at least, the term "sealed unit" is used commonly to describe factory manufactured double glazed panels used in windows.

Change of name[edit]

I intend changing the title of this article to "Sealed set". "Sealed unit" was never common terminology in this context, but very common in refrigeration, where it refers to a unitary construction incorporating motor, compressor and other components. If anyone has any information that Ernest Fisk, Amalgamated Wireless (Australasia) Ltd. or The Marconi Company Ltd. ever used the term "Sealed Unit", I'd be most interested. A simple Trove search of newspaper articles in the decade 1920-29 for ["sealed set", wireless] yields around 170 hits; ["sealed receiver", wireless] yields around 25; ["sealed unit", wireless] yields zero. ["sealed unit"] yields 7 hits, none with any relevance to this subject. Doug butler (talk) 11:02, 5 September 2011 (UTC)[reply]
