How does it work?[edit]

I'd like to know how it goes about its business. Does it just randomly bounce off the walls like a childs toy or do you have to start it against a wall? How do you know it does a complete job? --Hooperbloob 14:02, 26 May 2006 (UTC)[reply]

It alternates between spiraling, random walk with bouncing off the walls, and going along the walls. When it does a complete job, it stops, switches on the corresponding light, and plays several notes. --Urod 01:41, 18 September 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Using vinegar in lieu of clorox solution?[edit]

How legitmate is the suggestion that this substitution can be made? I don't see it mentioned in an official documentation and I would rather not break the thing. I do have some tile that can only be cleaned with a white vinegar solution though and it would helpful to not have to do it by hand. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 70.61.180.82 (talk • contribs) 19:26, 28 August 2006

White vinegar works fine, but lacks the lubrication of the special Clorox stuff. It's fine, especially for your situation, as long as you continue to use the Closrox stuff for other rooms. At least, that's what I've found.Screenmaster16 22:22, 18 January 2007 (UTC)[reply]

I've removed this for now. It's completely unsourced, so it's no more credible than a suggestion to use peanut butter as a cleaning solution at the moment. Chris Cunningham 19:37, 7 April 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Wiki Material?[edit]

Isn't this advertising?

I've never understood the distinction. No one seems to object to articles about iPods and Windows and Macintosh computers, but then certain other products get their pages removed. I once tried adding a page on a little R/C Flying Helicopter only to have someone remove it. Not sure why iPods pass the test but other lesser known products don't. Anyway, I for one prefer to have all kinds of product on Wikipedia as it acts as a bit of a Consumer review where relevant problems and histories of products can be found. 74.216.79.34 (talk) 21:32, 17 June 2008 (UTC)[reply]

It needs to be notable, I don't have an opinion on whether this qualifies though. I'm more concerned with the neutrality of the article, there is no criticism section for example, which i find odd.
