Untitled[edit]

It seems like the Soviet Company hydroproject was a major player in expeditionary dam design and construction. Does anyone have any idea if they played a role in this dam. Someone who could read Russian can probably sort through their website and maybe get some answers: http://www.hydroproject.ru/project/index.php?SECTION_ID=34
