Good article review[edit]

Once again, this is an another well-crafted article. Rather than list a series of suggestions I have taken the liberty of making some stylistic changes. The article meets the Good Article criteria, being well written and referenced, although a freely licensed image would be a wonderful addition if one could be found. Before I can list this as GA I have some items that I feel need addressing:

  • "This feat, at the age of 14 years and 6 months, made her the youngest Australian to have won an Olympic gold medal" Is she still?
  • "The selection of Leech and Crapp generated controversy..." Should this be Leech and Morgan?
  • "...as they were the youngest swimmers and lacked experience at open level swimming" Does this mean youngest swimmers in this event at this Olympics, for Australia, for Australia ever? Please clarify.
  • "...she stood at 170 cm and weighed 170 cm" You need to add her weight rather than her height.
  • The abbreviation "NSW" needs adding at the first mention of New South Wales.

The article will remain on hold until 23 February 2008 to allow you time to address these points. Please let me know when you would like me to take another look. Once again, great work. -- Mattinbgn\talk 12:15, 16 February 2008 (UTC)[reply]

im not familiar with this, but I wanted to suggest something... I clicked and read because I wanted to see if it said how she was today... perhaps ask her to say a little on it? bertha (not a normal poster)once this is seen I assume it will get removed and either acted on or not =) is just an idea — Preceding unsigned comment added by 71.79.35.39 (talk) 17:57, 6 December 2014 (UTC)[reply]

Article title should be Sandra Morgan-Beavis ?[edit]

Going by the links in the article [1] [2], as well as these I find from a quick google [3] [4] [5] [6] she calls herself Sandra Morgan-Beavis. So shouldn't that be the article title, or at least an alternate name in the lead? Admittedly I can't find one which explicitly says which name she prefers, and I even found one which said Sandra Beavis-Morgan (edit: the one Sandra Beavis-Morgan article (SMH, 1988) is possibly a mistake; evidence for SMB looks pretty strong).
