Multiple myeloma, Walton’s cause of death.

This is a dilemma that I expect occurs in many Wikipedia articles. In this one, the cause of Sam Walton’s death is correctly identified as multiple myeloma. However, multiple myeloma is characterized as “a type of bone cancer”, and the reference for that is given at page 329 of Walton’s autobiography, “Made in America.”

But multiple myeloma is a form of blood cancer, not bone cancer, although it does cause bone destruction. So the statement in the article is backed up by a public source, in accordance with Wikipedia guidelines. And yet the statement is false.
