In order to avoid future misunderstandings please try to avoid editing without motivating your actions.
For example in your first and only edit that took place at 23:55, monday the 23 February 2009 you removed the Ruy Barbosa famous quotation that I have inserted the 30th of November 2008 at 13:54:

The worst of democracies is preferable by far to the best of dictatorships

Plus you have

changed (...) minister of finances and taxation (...) into (...) Minister of Finance (...) (the bold is mine) and
changed peace conference into Peace Conference (the bold is mine).
