date of birth[edit]

The exact date requires a proper source. If someone has checked with Rutina Wesley herself, the easiest way would be to ask her to publish the correct date on her website or through her agency or any other publicly available source, which then can be used to source the date. Mere hearsay even if correct however is not good enough.--Kmhkmh (talk) 23:54, 28 February 2015 (UTC)[reply]

P.S.: This is better now but imho still problematic since fansite or post on a fansite is not considered aproper reliable source either but equally problematic as the IMDB oder TVGUIDE.--Kmhkmh (talk) 10:13, 1 March 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Wesley's divorce[edit]

According to the sources provided, she filed for divorce in August 16, 2013 after separating from her husband in July of that year.[1] According to California laws (People.com states that she filed for divorce in Los Angeles), a divorce takes at least 6 months, and that this is the mandatory waiting period.[2]

Quote from the website: "The divorce process will take at least 6 months from the date the person filing for divorce officially lets his or her spouse or domestic partner know about the divorce. The case can take longer. BUT it cannot be faster than the 6 months. This is a mandatory waiting period required by California law and no couple can be divorced faster than 6 months."

Following California laws, Wesley's divorce could not have been finalized in 2013. The earliest year the divorce was finalized has to have been 2014. 142.59.115.228 (talk) 23:33, 3 September 2021 (UTC)[reply]
