Article improvement tags[edit]

Article improvement tags have been repeatedly removed from this article, in spite of the fact that the article is a bit of a mess. Can we work on improving it instead of edit-warring over the tags? Here is a list of problems that I think need to be addressed

  • The citations are not properly formatted; for example this: </ref> name=Link, Mardi(2008) When Evil Came to Good Hart University of Michigan Press> shouldn't appear in the article, as it currently does; it should generate a link to a footnoted reference
  • It has no links to other Wikipedia articles
  • It needs some copyediting - there are some run-on sentences, some grammatical mistakes, some places where it could just be more concise, some shortcuts like "+" being used instead of "plus," etc.
It would help if you signed your edits like this ~~~~ Jodosma (talk) 21:44, 26 February 2013 (UTC)[reply]

I think it's entirely appropriate for the article to have the tags; it clearly needs improvement, and that's why those tags exist. But if the tags are just going to be removed, maybe we could work on improving the article? Please join the discussion! Cheers, Dawn Bard (talk) 16:50, 25 February 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Jodosma, I did sign my comment - that whole comment, that you cut into the middle of, is from me. Cheers, Dawn Bard (talk) 21:52, 26 February 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Sorry, it was the missing indent that threw me. Jodosma (talk) 22:46, 26 February 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Unusual referencing[edit]

I think the only way to get the references right, apart from finding them ourselves, would be to trawl back through all the previous revisions. They go back about 4 years. Jodosma (talk) 22:53, 26 February 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Reliable source?[edit]

I have raised concerns about a source which is being used in this article at the Reliable Sources Noticeboard. Editors are invited to participate.

Private Sources?[edit]

Since when are private Google drive documents allowed as sources on Wikipedia? If you remove the statements in this article that don't have reviewable sources, there's almost nothing left of this article. 67.60.127.90 (talk) 16:23, 12 February 2023 (UTC)[reply]
