Why does the name Blake Johnson Ogo Quichocho appear in a biography of Robert MacNeil in the "Career" section? — Preceding unsigned comment added by 108.48.68.137 (talk) 22:23, 16 January 2016 (UTC)[reply]

not father of Carole MacNeil[edit]

surprised to find out the he isn't the father of fairly prominent Canadian news anchor Carole MacNeil, nor a relative it appears Mayumashu (talk) 22:49, 12 April 2024 (UTC)[reply]

"MacNeil was known to friends and family as "Robin""[edit]

This is inadequate - he was also referred to as "Robin" in his professional life, notably in the UK where for many years he was billed as nothing else. While I suppose there is no ideology behind the omission, unlike with Lee Kwan Yew where certain editors refuse to include the name under which that man was known for half his life, it's still strange.
