Keeping them straight[edit]
It's very plain that there is a considerable overlap between the person and his company; this is exacerbated by a previous author's frequent use of "RB", apparently to refer to either. To keep them straight, I would propose referring to them as Beazley (for the person) and RB, Ltd.
