Proprietary[edit]

DC++, Ares Galaxy, FlylinkDC++, Pando (application), Gnutella, Bitcoin, Tribler, JXTA, Omemo, Sonos, and Jajah are peer-to-peer softwares or protocols with Wikipedia articles indicating whether they are open source or proprietary. Thus, it seems worthy to publicize that this software is proprietary as well. 66.233.156.4 (talk) 04:16, 2 May 2013 (UTC)[reply]

  • Surely this is information one would be expected to find in the encyclopedia. Sofia Koutsouveli (talk) 00:22, 23 March 2014 (UTC)[reply]

Privacy Policy[edit]

It should be noted that based on their privacy policy, the intent of the software is targeted advertising. It is littered throughout their privacy policy. "may uniquely identify your browser", "we may also collect information about your computer or mobile device, such as your device model, browser type, or sensors in your device like the accelerometer". " to customize the advertising and content you see", "may then be shared on an aggregated basis with our advertisers", "we may present this information to our advertisers and partners", "" User:Billegge November 18, 2014‎

Proposed Merger of Resilio into Resilio Sync[edit]

Resilio is a stub article with a single source about a company whose sole notability is this product (Resilio Sync). All information there can be easily covered in this article and Resilio should just be redirected in my opinion. --HighFlyingFish (talk) 21:33, 1 July 2017 (UTC)[reply]

@Codename Lisa and the maintenance tag: The merge was apparently carried out already by another user, so the tag as it stands is currently irrelevant. Was it carried out improperly? --HighFlyingFish (talk) 17:36, 2 July 2017 (UTC)[reply]
