Goof[edit]

When the black van carrying the little girl is hit in the beginning, as the car twirls, you can CLEARLY see the CN Tower in the background for one frame. Unless Raccon city has its very own CN Tower, this is a goof.

Here's a link to a screenshot: http://i47.photobucket.com/albums/f181/VodkaLemon88/resevigoof.jpg

Is this really a goof? It's not like Racoon City is -real-. It's not like we saw the Sears Tower in Florida or the Eiffel Tower in Mexico. I say, let it go. Lots42 10:35, 30 September 2007 (UTC)[reply]
As I stated, Racoon city may very possibly have its own CN Tower. It is a fictional city after all, right? BUT, you NEVER see a tower when Racoon city was shown either from an aerial view OR on a computer schematic of the city (which was shown various times throughout the film).

Changed DVD Cover[edit]

The previous one was a boxset of the first two films, I uploaded the RE:A region two cover. (Cipher Destiny 20:47, 26 April 2006 (UTC))[reply]

Trilogy[edit]

Although this page contained references to a fourth film the third films page on wikipedia states that it will be the last (and has links to references) so I have removed references to a fourth film. —The preceding unsigned comment was added by 128.243.220.21 (talk) 01:45, 24 February 2007 (UTC).[reply]

Fair use rationale for Image:Resident2 02.jpg[edit]

Image:Resident2 02.jpg is being used on this article. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in this Wikipedia article constitutes fair use. In addition to the boilerplate fair use template, you must also write out on the image description page a specific explanation or rationale for why using this image in each article is consistent with fair use.

Please go to the image description page and edit it to include a fair use rationale. Using one of the templates at Wikipedia:Fair use rationale guideline is an easy way to insure that your image is in compliance with Wikipedia policy, but remember that you must complete the template. Do not simply insert a blank template on an image page.

If there is other other fair use media, consider checking that you have specified the fair use rationale on the other images used on this page. Note that any fair use images uploaded after 4 May, 2006, and lacking such an explanation will be deleted one week after they have been uploaded, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you.BetacommandBot 07:50, 6 June 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Trivia[edit]

  • Major Cain was attacked by the zombie of Dr. Ashford, yet he had killed Dr. Ashford before hand with a shot to the stomach

What is the relevance of this? Didn't he have a minor version of the T-Virus, like his daughter, for his legs? I'm going to remove it unless there is a reason to keep it, or if I missed something important. ChozoBoy 21:55, 25 August 2007 (UTC)[reply]

It doesn't seem too important. I don't remember it from the movie but it's no surprise, considering wounded people turn into zombies in the game after dying Lots42 22:31, 11 September 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Resurrection Edition - reference needed?[edit]

Info on this new release was just recently added.. You can find it on Amazon, but I am not sure about linking to Amazon's page as a reference (probably not a good idea!) Does it even NEED a reference or what? Please feel free to remove my citation needed tag if not.. I am (relatively) new so not sure what the policy is. -BloodDoll 20:45, 5 September 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Sonic?[edit]

Sonic Adventure? Really? I mean come on. And the Game Connections section should be deleted. Sure, we all know the scenes resemble each other but unless it's stated by the producers...Lots42 22:13, 11 September 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Plot[edit]

It is very unclear where the description of the first movie ends (starting with words "At the end of the first movie..." and description of Apocalypse part begins. Not having seen the first part, I cannot correct this.

methyl

The end of the first movie and the beginning of this one shares the same footage/scenes. That is, the main character waking up in a hospital and exiting into a ravaged city street. Lots42 (talk) 22:23, 24 December 2008 (UTC)[reply]

A recent change[edit]

Do we really need the extra detail on Cain's death? Lots42 (talk) 10:29, 24 March 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Original research[edit]

I removed the bit about comparing this movie to that other, later movie. Since it concerns real, living people, i.e. the producers of the latter movie, the implication said producers were plagirisits is most explicitly not allowed. Lots42 (talk) 22:22, 24 December 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Extended Cut[edit]

I remember that there was some information about the Extended Cut on UMD and it's gone. Shouldn't it be mentioned somehow?--Mato Rei (talk) 17:34, 15 May 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Impaled by metal pole[edit]

In the article it says she was "impaled by a loose metal pole". I have a trivia information that she is even hit 2x times by a metal pole in the movie. The first time when The Nemesis shots down the helicopter a part wounds her, randomly even The Nemesis him self is hit (maybe this was meant to show the connection as both got infected with the T-Virus resulting in powering up). The second metal pole hit is at the emergency crash(like desribed in the article)

I love how negative this page is towards the movie but in terms of story, characters and true to game experience It's the best RE in the entire series. Plus we get to see Sieanna in blue and black mini skirt ;). But it terms of story its the best one by far. All the rest are nothing like they should be.

"RE2"[edit]

The usage of RE2 is under discussion, see the move request at talk:re2 -- 70.51.200.101 (talk) 03:24, 8 March 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Surname[edit]

This is incorrect: Surname "Loginova" - surname of women. Men's surname - "Loginov". Incidentally, in Russian dubbing name of Nicholai Ginovaef was changed to Nicholai Zhukov (Николай Жуков). "Zhukov"(Жуков) comes from the word "beetle" (жук) — Preceding unsigned comment added by 37.215.84.61 (talk) 17:45, 25 October 2015 (UTC)[reply]
