I can find no mention in English Heritage's Images of England for a grade I listed church (to no patron siant) in Redland - can anyone confirm if this is CHURCH OF ST ALBAN, COLDHARBOUR LANE (north side)? — Rod talk 12:32, 9 July 2006 (UTC)[reply]

No, St Alban's is a quite different church (and it's on Coldharbour Road, not Lane). This is "REDLAND CHAPEL, REDLAND GREEN ROAD" which is in fact now a parish church as described in the article. --rbrwr± 12:49, 9 July 2006 (UTC)[reply]
I have a photo here if you think we need one for this article, but it might make a nice subject for the photo challenge thing... Joe D (t) 16:46, 9 July 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Proposed merge[edit]

The article Redland (ward) is a stub with no content which could not be included here. As a general principle, I suggest that wards which are largely co-terminous with districts/neighbourhoods do not need separate articles. Wards which do not have the same names as districts/neighbourhoods (e.g. Cabot, Bristol, Brislington West) probably do need separate articles, but that does not apply here. No argument, do it. -mattbuck (Talk) 11:45, 20 July 2009 (UTC)[reply]
