Should the title be changed to 2022-2023 rail war in Russia ?[edit]

Hi, Should the title be changed to "2022-2023 rail war in Russia" as some event take place in 2023 ? 178.23.152.132 (talk) 11:46, 9 May 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Agreed, 2023 is already here and events have already occurred inside Russia. SnoopyBird (talk) 18:05, 20 May 2023 (UTC)[reply]

– Looks way better, and matches other articles like Ukrainian refugee crisis (2022–present). 90.255.6.219 (talk) 08:40, 29 June 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Do we need dates in the titles at all? There aren't any other rail wars that took place in Russia, and the only potential Belarusian overlap is with WWII stuff when the country wasn't even known under that name - it was "Byelorussia" then. HappyWith (talk) 20:53, 29 June 2023 (UTC)[reply]
@HappyWithWhatYouHaveToBeHappyWith Probably doesn't qualify for WP:NOYEAR though. 90.255.6.219 (talk) 09:32, 6 July 2023 (UTC)[reply]
Thanks for linking the relevant policy, I didn’t know this existed. HappyWith (talk) 15:18, 6 July 2023 (UTC)[reply]
Support, per satisfaction of the CRITERIA and CONSISTENCY. I’d be okay without dates at all too.  —Michael Z. 18:48, 30 June 2023 (UTC)[reply]
Support a change with possible alternative Rail War in Russia during the Russo-Ukrainian War Ânes-pur-sàng (talk) 18:11, 2 July 2023 (UTC)[reply]
