this is a good review but we need 2 do something to stop it if we dont react it could all start again and seeing a common wild rabbit could be very rare if any body reads this please donate now and help rabbits survive for generations to come thank you

As an Australian who has watched the repopulation of the land by RHD-resistant rabbits, I don't think you've got anything to worry about. My father worked on the study and eventual release of RHD onto the Australian mainland and his team noticed congenital resistance developing in offspring of infected mothers after only a few generations. Personally I'd rather a land sans rabbits than a land sans agriculture and definitely believe that there are worthier causes that need our support. Hardy (talk) 13:26, 5 July 2008 (UTC)
