@Akerbeltz: There is only one place in Iraq called Qarah Tabbah that is in Diyala Governorate. There is no evidance that there is a place called Qarah Tabbah in Kirkuk Governorate. I suggest to merge the two articles then link it with w:ar:قرة تبة
