Detecting these modifications[edit]

Would it be possible to add a section explaining how these modifications are detected in the lab? I know some mass spectrometry is used but it would be best if someone who has actual knowledge could write about this. 2A02:8388:1604:CA80:0:0:0:6 (talk) 22:43, 25 February 2019 (UTC)[reply]
