The red warning message indicates that ref name = lundy has been allocated two different references by that author. As a result, the system is unable to resolve which one to use. I see there are four different references by the author Darryl Lundy, so you will need to go through the article and work out which one applies to which, and change the ref name allocated to each. Using lundy1, lundy2, lundy3 lundy4 seems a logical way to do it. For more information on this see Wikipedia:Citing_sources#Repeated_citations. Does this help?
