Not a mall[edit]

A mall is an enclosed building, so therefore Preston Crossing does not qualify as a mall. "Shopping centre" is an alternative terminology, but I'm hesitant to use it because it is usually seen as synonymous with mall. This is one reason why the term "power centre" has come into vogue. 23skidoo (talk) 19:34, 23 March 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Preston Landing?[edit]

I am certain that at one point this centre was promoted under the name "Preston Landing", to the point where I used this name in editing several neighbourhood articles (I've corrected the name). I've done a Google search and I've seen others referring to this place as Preston Landing too (and not just sites that "borrowed" the Wikipedia material with the error). Can anyone provide a source? I'm hesitant to add a statement like "The shopping centre is also widely known as 'Preston Landing'" without something to back it up. 68.146.70.124 (talk) 14:10, 24 September 2013 (UTC)[reply]
