Basic Review/Future Suggestions[edit]

On first inspection, this article seems to have a good foundation, but could be improved by adding some further information, particularly in the Oakland International Airport section. Additionally, creating some new sections (such as political or environmental effects/implications) to complement the Early and Recent History sections could help to round out the page and generate a more complete article.

In terms of the existing citations, the quality of the sources seems to be fairly strong. However, there are numerous instances where citations seem to be missing, meaning that there is a substantial amount of information on the page that is in no way cited.

The article has a pretty consistently neutral tone, although I suspect that stems from the fact that the History sections comprise the large majority of the article. Nevertheless, the objective tone is a good thing. Currently, it is slightly difficult to say whether certain viewpoints are over or underrepresented since the article is still quite basic in terms of its level of depth and detail, but that is something to think about as the article expands.

Going forward, a couple of things to consider: what are the next essential steps to take (what should be added or included) in order to a provide content-rich, yet concise, document? And how might information be added in a measured and objective manner in order to create a more intensive, yet balanced, article? Jsdiven (talk) 22:35, 30 January 2017 (UTC)[reply]
