Question about added info on Phil X[edit]

I just recently added some info about Phil X. The information is as follows:

1) I noted his association with his band known as the Drills as well as Triumph and Bon Jovi (having filled in for Richard Sambora in 2011. He is also slated to fill in for Sambora again for the band's upcoming tour) in his info box. For instruments, I listed "Guitar, vocals, bouzouki, mandolin, bass guitar".

2) On the article itself, I listed his association with the vintage guitar comapany Fretted Americana (demonstrating their large inventory of vintage guitars) as well as their website and YouTube channel links.

The problem, however, is that Drmies doesn't think this info should be included in this already small article (thinking that it's not notable and is instead spam and clutter).

Is there anybody here who disagrees with Drimes on this? If so, reply and let me know, because I think it is very important that my information be included on the article, as I do not believe it is not notable enough to be included. CJAllbee talk 13:38, 9 April 2013 (CDT)

Phil X & Bon Jovi clarification[edit]

I'm removing references to Phil playing on Burning Bridges (he didn't - all guitars were played by John Shanks - see 'song credits' alongside all entries on the bands official website[1].)

Could we get some citations on him playing on 'This House is Not For Sale' or remove this also? There's not even a release date yet and no official statement that he plays on it that I'm aware of... it may well be the case but looks like speculation at the moment which doesn't belong here...

---> Noting that Phil has stated he played on 4 tracks on THINFS I'll retract the immediately above, but would it be possible to partially protect the discog section since eager beavers seem insistent on adding Burning Bridges repeatedly despite the citation on this talk page showing that he had no involvement in this album... — Preceding unsigned comment added by 101.98.195.180 (talk) 09:16, 13 August 2016 (UTC)[reply]

Greek-Canadian[edit]

I can find no evidence that Phil Xenidis is Greek-Canadian. I can find plenty of evidence that he is a Canadian of Greek descent. Big difference. His nationality is for up-front; his ancestry/ethnicity should be mentioned in a 'personal' section. 82.1.163.32 (talk) 20:34, 13 November 2016 (UTC)[reply]

Birth name[edit]

Phil had this to say about Wikipedia and his middle name which is NOT Eric and never has been. It's Theofilos. Binksternet (talk) 19:54, 23 June 2018 (UTC)[reply]

Furthermore, the name "Phil" is a nickname. He was born with Theofilos as his first name.[1] Binksternet (talk) 20:06, 23 June 2018 (UTC)[reply]
A long-term vandal from Texas has been changing it to Eric for seven years now. See the list below. Binksternet (talk) 20:51, 23 June 2018 (UTC)[reply]
