This title should be named only Peter Pan. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 181.222.83.87 (talk) 21:23, 29 November 2020 (UTC)[reply]

This is not a forum for discussion on dislikes of movie titles; it's about article improvement. Georgia guy (talk) 21:52, 29 November 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Announcement of commencement of production on "Peter Pan and Wendy" with a fully revealed cast and an announcement of a release on Disney+ in 2022[edit]

Disney just put out a press release that gives an announcement of commencement of production on "Peter Pan and Wendy" with a fully revealed cast, including new cast members like Alan Tudyk, and an announcement of a release on Disney+ in 2022: https://twitter.com/ThePlaylist/status/1371828149273640960.

Hoping we can add all this information into the film's wiki page. — Preceding unsigned comment added by MarvelDisney20 (talkcontribs) 19:02, 16 March 2021 (UTC)[reply]

Line in casting re New Zealand[edit]

Is that relevant any longer? If they've cast Molony and he's from the UK as per his article then it didn't come to anything. As it reads now it could be read as him being from New Zealand.219.88.68.195 (talk) 22:41, 21 March 2021 (UTC)[reply]

Error in edit note[edit]

At 20:53 today I edited the first section and noted “(There is only one title role.)”

This is an error, but I’m letting the minor edit stand because the version I left is not wrong (the error occurs in my edit note only) and, IMO, is marginally clearer.

Reception[edit]

I know there no source of the reception, but I've heard that despite received positive reviews from critics, I heard it got divided by audiences, and fans, apparently. Stephenfisher2001 (talk) 12:04, 29 April 2023 (UTC)[reply]

i also heard that it gpt very poor audience rewievs rating. 95.168.121.34 (talk) 05:11, 3 May 2023 (UTC)[reply]
Of course this'll be adjusted, once the premiere run ends, like with all Disney and Marvel movies.
The pages are kept positive during the first weeks, and any negative reviews are closely curated.
If movie has bad initial reception it's said to be review-bombed.
It's really sad. 37.248.165.136 (talk) 11:29, 3 May 2023 (UTC)[reply]
I mean, it's really not a secret. You can always go to Rotten Tomatoes and IMDb and see the audience scores. We don't add them here (unless it's in significant third party sources) because of review bombing, so you really don't know if it's accurate. WP:FILMAUDIENCE However, be rest assured the reviews and scores are still on their respective sites, even if it is not listed on Wikipedia. :) Mike Allen 14:33, 3 May 2023 (UTC)[reply]
Should we include YouTubers like The Critical Drinker? He's got a review of this movie and many others. UltimateFantasyY (talk) 19:44, 9 May 2023 (UTC)[reply]
The link? UltimateFantasyY (talk) 16:30, 23 August 2023 (UTC)[reply]
there's a good video on Youtube by Disparu highlighting the hypocrisy of the (asinine) concept of "review-bombing" pertaining to this movie. btw, how come there's no box office results here? that was what I wanted to look up here...

Dubbed[edit]

It is clear that the actors are not speaking English as the dialogue does not fit the mouth actions, what was the original language? ArbyWill (talk) 17:17, 29 April 2023 (UTC)[reply]

And yet again another entry that is locked.[edit]

I wonder why. Guess Wikipedia is now only edited by the " chosen elite". Oh wait it was like this for years now. NVM. 189.128.22.186 (talk) 06:37, 2 May 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Nope, because anon users kept adding their own reviews into the article. Please make an edit request if you need assistance. Thank you! Mike Allen 15:04, 2 May 2023 (UTC)[reply]
Anon is doing that? It's great to see an editor making accusations of bias, when their very on accusations are biased themselves.:) 2600:8805:A985:4300:42:8A50:9BA:9479 (talk) 01:06, 5 May 2023 (UTC)[reply]
It's literally in the page's history. Mike Allen 02:22, 5 May 2023 (UTC)[reply]
So nobody is mentioning that the Rotten Tomatoes audience has given it a review of only 13 percent, making it one of the lowest Disney live action films ever? This is purely information, but no, let's not offend anyone with facts, right? Lock up the article. *Shrug* — Preceding unsigned comment added by 2A01:11:230:3070:60CB:CC21:9B99:7A52 (talk) 01:21, 12 May 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Should there be an update to the Reviews section[edit]

Peter Pan and Windy currently has 27k fan reviews. IMDb uses a weighted ratings on movies they deemed were “review bombed”. The audience score is still only a 4.4. That’s not generally favorable.
