Peter Lo Sui YinPeter Lo Su Yin – Hi, am totally new to this so apologies for errors along the way. Without giving too much away, I am a very close family member of the subject matter. His name has been mis-spelt as Sui Yin and I want to change it to its correct spelling which is Peter Lo Su Yin. It is also particularly insulting to my family because Sui in Hakka/ Cantonese means 'bad' which obviously is not ideal. His passport, Malaysian IC card, death certificate and copious numbers of articles about him in local English newspapers such as Sabah's Daily Express spell it correctly as Su Yin - please refer to recent articles announcing his death on 1 January 2020. I am therefore requesting this change to be made, following which the correct spelling should also be applied in the main body of the article (as a side note I also plan to augment his biography after that). Thank you, I hope we can resolve this matter satisfactorily. TanjungAru (talk) 11:27, 15 May 2020 (UTC)[reply]

  • Support. Looks believable to me. [1] [2] Nohomersryan (talk) 17:13, 16 May 2020 (UTC)[reply]
  • Support- sounds like a true story, most of the top Google results for Sui are somehow related to Wikipedia whereas Su brings up several third-party sources. Bzweebl (talkcontribs) 04:50, 21 May 2020 (UTC)[reply]
