I assume this is a direct quote from source, but if it is it should be in quotes and cited, and if it's not the language should be "his employment with the company was terminated"

KBE?[edit]

Reference 1 says he was knighted, reference 5 links to an announcement that he was Barron and says he is KBE. If he was knighted, why isn't the title of this article "Sir Percival Perry, 1st Barron Perry"?
