Photos are wrong species[edit]
Both of these photos show a different species of Penstemon that is not P. barbatus. The link to the USDA site found on this page shows the correct species which has a strongly projecting upper lip and reflexed lower lip. botanybob (talk) 20:09, 20 March 2013 (UTC)
