Image copyright problem with Image:Co-oplogo.png[edit]

The image Image:Co-oplogo.png is used in this article under a claim of fair use, but it does not have an adequate explanation for why it meets the requirements for such images when used here. In particular, for each page the image is used on, it must have an explanation linking to that page which explains why it needs to be used on that page. Please check

  • That there is a non-free use rationale on the image's description page for the use in this article.
  • That this article is linked to from the image description page.

This is an automated notice by FairuseBot. For assistance on the image use policy, see Wikipedia:Media copyright questions. --01:13, 20 May 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Switched to local version of logo with appropriate fair use rationale. --Hroðulf (or Hrothulf) (Talk) 14:31, 29 June 2008 (UTC)[reply]
It does look better with the local logo although this logo may change as the cloverleaf Co-op symbol is being phased out by most societies in the UK Penrithguy (talk) 15:43, 29 June 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Numbers?[edit]

If you live in (or visit) Penrith, you might be able to ask the co-op for a copy of their annual report, so you can add to the article:

  • number of members
  • number of employees
  • turnover, profit (surplus) and dividend

That would be interesting and helpful. --Hroðulf (or Hrothulf) (Talk) 17:26, 29 June 2008 (UTC)[reply]

(p.s. take a camera - it would be good to have a more recent photograph of a store, with a clearer view of the logo.)
