"Australian diplomats" category[edit]

I have no doubt he worked at DFAT, but does that necessarily make him a "diplomat"? I'd have thought that term refers to ambassadors, consuls, high commissioners etc, and not to any of their staff, and not necessarily to any random officer of DFAT.
