I often see articles about prominent buildings (both lists of buildings and specific buildings). Park Place Tower is by far the most prominent building in the area, and dominates the skyline.

In fact, it is so well known in the area, that it is home to players from the Chicago Cubs (Wrigley Field is right down the block).
